利用了氨基乙硫醇在金电极表面形成自组装单分子膜,然后用水溶性的碳化二亚胺作为偶联活化剂,sDNA的5’端磷酸基与电极表面自组装膜上的氨基以磷酸氨基酯键的形式共价结合,从而在金电极表面形成ssDNA单分子层。采用反射红外光谱对电极表面sDNA单分子层进行了表征,并用氧化还原电对Co(bpy)3+/2+3作为杂交指示剂对电极表面的sDNA层的响应特性进行了研究。
