高中后三年制大专生绝大部分已满十八周岁,而且经历过全国高考,与五年制高职生相比,心智较为成熟。如今素质教育对学生主动发展也提出了更高的要求,所以对于他们的管理与教育应该是注重引导,尊重学生的个性,使他们从被动的管理模式中解放出来,向主动转化,让他们自我管理与发展。针对高中后三年制大专生的学生管理工作,着重从引导学生自我管理的必要性、难题、方法等方面进行论述。
The majority of post-secondary three-year college students are over the age of eighteen, and have experienced the national college entrance examination, compared with five-year vocational college students, their minds are more mature. Nowadays, quality education also puts forward higher requirements for students ’active development. Therefore, their management and education should be guided and respected students’ personality so that they can be liberated from passive management mode and transformed into self-initiative Management and development. Aiming at the management of the post-high school post-secondary majors, this paper focuses on the necessity, difficulties and methods of guiding the self-management of the students.
