洋虫醚提物腹腔注射(ip)能明显抑制巴豆油引起的小白鼠耳廓炎症(P<0.001),并且剂量愈高,效果愈强;大鼠(Wistar)皮下注射(sc)一次洋虫醚提物(15mg/kg)可显著抑制烫伤引发的炎症(P<0.001),抑制率达83/%。在免疫学方面,洋虫醚提物可提高SRBC引起的小鼠迟发性超敏反应(DTH)反应,灌胃(ig)50mg/kg时其增强率达33.06%且P<0.05;ig洋虫醚提物还对环磷酰胺(CY)引起小鼠血清溶血素生成抑制有明显的恢复作用(P<0.01),并且剂量在50mg/kg时效果最好。
Intraperitoneal injection (ip) of the parasite ether extract significantly inhibited auricle inflammation in mice induced by croton oil (P<0.001), and the higher the dose, the stronger the effect; Rat (Wistar) was injected subcutaneously (sc) once Flammulina extract (15mg/kg) significantly inhibited scald-induced inflammation (P<0.001), with an inhibition rate of 83%. In the aspect of immunology, E. coli Ether extract can increase the delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) response induced by SRBC in mice, and the enhancement rate is 33.06% at 50 mg/kg (ig), P<0. 05; ig parasite ether extract also significantly inhibited the serum hemolysin production induced by cyclophosphamide (CY) in mice (P<0.01), and the best dose was 50 mg/kg.
