扶正散结方对非小细胞肺癌的抑瘤作用及对血清VEGF,TSGF的调控机制

目的:探讨扶正散结方对非小细胞肺癌的抑瘤及对血清血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF),肿瘤特异性生长因子(tumor specific growth factor,TSGF)的调控作用。方法:选取130例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为化疗组(A组,32例),综合组(扶正散结方+化疗组,B组,48例)和扶正散结方组(C组,50例),分析各组治疗后疗效、复发转移及转移灶情况、中医证候及生活质量改善情况及对血清VEGF,TSGF的调控作用。结果:B组控显率达79.2%,明显高于A,C两组(P<0.05);治疗后A,B,C组的转移灶缩小者分别为46.8%,75.0%,44.0%;服用扶正散结方组新转移灶发生率明显低于未服用的单纯化疗组(P<0.05);在中医证候方面,3组中以B组(79.1%)改善最为明显(P<0.05);B组舌质、舌苔也较单纯化疗组改善明显(P<0.05);3组患者治疗前血清VEGF,TSGF平均水平均高于正常值。与治疗前比较,治疗后C,B组血清VEGF水平明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);3组治疗后TSGF水平均有所下降(P<0.05)。结论:扶正散结方能够减轻化疗副作用,改善临床症状,提高生存质量,同时能使血清VEGF,TSGF水平下降,减少肿瘤转移的发生。 Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction on non-small cell lung cancer and the regulation of serum vascular growth factor (VEGF) and tumor specific growth factor (TSGF). Methods: One hundred and thirty non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into chemotherapy group (A group, 32 cases), combination group (Fuzheng Sanjiefang + chemotherapy group, B group, 48 cases) and Fuzheng Sanjiefang group , 50 cases). The curative effect, recurrence and metastasis, TCM syndromes and quality of life, as well as the regulation of serum VEGF and TSGF in each group were analyzed. Results: The control rate of group B was 79.2%, which was significantly higher than that of group A and C (P <0.05). After treatment, the reduction of metastasis in group A, B and C were 46.8%, 75.0% and 44.0% The incidence of new metastases in Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction group was significantly lower than that of the untreated chemotherapy alone group (P <0.05). In TCM syndromes, the improvement was most obvious in group B (79.1%) (P <0.05). The tongue and tongue coating in Group B also improved significantly compared with those in the chemotherapy alone group (P <0.05). The mean serum levels of VEGF and TSGF in the three groups before treatment were all higher than those in the normal group. Compared with those before treatment, serum VEGF levels in C and B groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01). The levels of TSGF in three groups decreased after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction can reduce side effects of chemotherapy, improve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life. At the same time, Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction can reduce the levels of serum VEGF and TSGF and reduce the incidence of tumor metastasis.
