上海市教科院普教所曾以个别深度访谈、座谈会、问卷等方式对上海市中小学二期课改的实施情况进行了一次全市范围的调查。调查得出结论:二期课改已深入平民教育腹地,在凸显教育矛盾的同时,正在并已经解决了部分矛盾,课改也在浇筑现代人格的基石,其自身以外的功效在于,它在历史转型的过程中推动着历史,它不仅彰显了事物的生成性、过程性、相关性、差异性, 同时也揭示了人的学习的终身性、全民性、平等性、创新性。这里,我们对其显露的显性效能作一些分析。
The Shanghai Academy of General Education has conducted a citywide survey of the implementation of the second phase of curriculum reform in Shanghai’s primary and secondary schools through individual in-depth interviews, seminars, and questionnaires. The investigation concluded that the second-stage curriculum reform has penetrated into the civilian education hinterland. While highlighting the educational contradictions, some contradictions are being and have been resolved. The curriculum reform is also laying the cornerstone of modern personality. Its function outside of itself is that it is in history. In the process of transformation, history is promoted. It not only highlights the generative, procedural, interrelated, and differences of things, but also reveals the lifelong, universal, equality, and innovation of people’s learning. Here, we analyze some of the explicit performances it reveals.
