目的明确六味醒神颗粒对轻微型肝性脑病大鼠血脑屏障通透性的影响。方法将50只大鼠中随机抽取10只作为正常组,剩余40只大鼠采用四氯化碳构建轻微肝性脑病动物模型,将模型构建成功的28只大鼠随机分为模型对照组14只,中药治疗组14只,中药连续干预治疗4周,实验结束后对各组大鼠进行水迷宫逃避潜伏期实验和BAEP潜伏实验,并检测大鼠血脑屏障通透性。结果轻微肝性脑病大鼠血脑屏障通透性明显增加,经中药干预治疗后血脑屏障通透性降低,与治疗后及模型对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与此同时经中药干预治疗后大鼠逃避潜伏期与波形潜伏期也明显缩短。结论六味醒神颗粒可改善轻微肝型脑病大鼠神经生理功能,同时降低血脑屏障通透性。
Objective To determine the effect of Liu Wei Xing Shen Granule on permeability of blood-brain barrier in rats with mild hepatic encephalopathy. Methods Fifty rats were randomly selected as the normal group and 40 rats were used carbon tetrachloride to construct mild hepatic encephalopathy animal model. The 28 rats with successful model establishment were randomly divided into model control group (n = 14) , 14 in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and 4 consecutive weeks in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment. After the experiment, the water maze escape latency test and BAEP latency test were performed in each group, and the blood-brain barrier permeability of the rats was also tested. Results The permeability of blood-brain barrier increased significantly in mild hepatic encephalopathy rats. The permeability of blood-brain barrier decreased after treatment with Chinese herbal medicine. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) with that of the model control group At the same time, the escape latency and waveform latency of rats after TCM intervention were significantly shortened. Conclusion Liuwei Xingshen Granule can improve the neurophysiological function of mild hepatic encephalopathy rats and decrease the permeability of the blood-brain barrier.
