随着社会经济的持续发展,目前我国很多地区的人民代表大会把部门预算初审作为地区人民代表大会财经委员会参与经济管理的重要方式,并且取得了很大的成果,但同时又暴露出了不少问题,这些问题都急需得到解决,本文对部门预算审查监督中存在的问题进行分析,并结合工作实践给出了一些可行性建议。 With the sustained social and economic development, the people’s congress in many parts of our country has taken the preliminary examination of departmental budgets as an important way of participating in the economic management of the regional people’s congress’s financial commissions and has achieved great results.
