征收物业税的真正难点,不是能否降低房价,也不是能否提高政府的收入,而是物业税是否能低成本征收,并为政府的公共服务和居民的纳税积极性提供正面激励
The real difficulty in levying property tax is not whether it will lower housing prices nor increase government revenue, but whether property taxes can be levied at low costs and provide positive incentives for government public service and residents’ tax incentives.
