目的讨论HIV感染者/艾滋病病人开始抗病毒治疗时机对免疫功能重建的影响。方法对60例艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人(HIV/AIDS),采用高效联合抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)3个月以上,根据治疗前CD4+T细胞值分组(分组一CD4+T细胞在0~100间,分组二CD4+T细胞在100~200间,分组三CD4+T细胞在200~350间),在治疗后规定时间内采集3mL抗凝全血进行CD4+T细胞检测,统计不同治疗组CD4+T细胞变化,分析不同HAART开始时机对免疫功能重建即CD4+T细胞增长率的影响。结果 HAART不同开始时机CD4+T细胞增长率存在差异有统计学意义,分组二、分组三CD4+T细胞增长率明显且高于分组一。结论高效联合抗逆转录病毒治疗开始时机对免疫功能重建有影响。
Objective To discuss the impact of timing of antiviral therapy on immune function in HIV-infected / AIDS patients. Methods A total of 60 HIV / AIDS patients were enrolled in the study. Their anti-retroviral therapy (HAART) was used for more than 3 months. According to the CD4 + T cell count before treatment (grouping CD4 + T cells in 0 to 100, group 2 CD4 + T cells in 100 to 200, group III CD4 + T cells in 200 to 350), within the specified time after treatment to collect 3mL anticoagulant whole blood CD4 + T cell detection, statistics The changes of CD4 + T cells in different treatment groups were analyzed. The effects of different HAART initiation time on the immune function reconstruction, that is CD4 (+) T cell growth rate were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the rates of CD4 + T cell growth between different time points of HAART. In group two, the growth rate of CD4 + T cells in group three was significantly higher than that in group one. Conclusion The timing of the start of high-efficiency combined antiretroviral therapy has an impact on immune function reconstruction.
