本文提供了一种铁路混凝土高性能防冻外加剂,因其所选防冻材料均不含钾离子、钠离子、氯离子,所配制的混凝土可满足铁路混凝土耐久性技术要求,并成功应用于辽宁盘锦火渤铁路工程冬期施工。同时,在施工过程中采用防冻剂冷养护法与搅拌站简易改造相结合的混凝土冬期大模板现浇混凝土施工技术,以较小的投入,延长混凝土冬期施工2个月,与暖棚法施工相比,具有较高的技术和经济效益。
