为了改进制备工艺和提高钨合金的性能,对原材料粉末做了机械活化和化学活化处理,通过烧结制备了钨合金,考察了经机械活化和化学活化后粉末的变化,观察了合金的组织、测试了合金的密度、硬度、抗弯强度等性能。结果表明,机械活化可以使粉末颗粒变细、比表面增大、缺陷增多;化学活化可以在粉末颗粒表面形成含微量合金元素的均匀薄层,并通过反应形成高活性层。二者都能使粉末的活性提高,对经活化处理的粉末施以烧结可以获得较高密度和性能的钨合金。
In order to improve the preparation process and improve the properties of tungsten alloy, the mechanical activation and chemical activation of the raw material powder were carried out. The tungsten alloy was prepared by sintering. The mechanical properties and chemical activation of the tungsten alloy were investigated. The alloy density, hardness, bending strength and other properties. The results show that the mechanical activation can make the powder particles thinner, the specific surface area increases and the defects increase. The chemical activation can form a uniform thin layer containing a small amount of alloying elements on the surface of the powder particles and form a highly active layer by the reaction. Both can increase the activity of the powder, and the activated powder can be sinter to obtain higher density and performance tungsten alloy.
