曾有报道眼内植入前房型、虹膜固定型、后房型人工晶体后发生色素播散,其中有些导致青光眼。作者报道2例眼内人工晶体植入后发生色素播散并导致青光眼的房角组织标本。其中一眼为植入虹膜夹型人工晶体,另一眼为植入后房型人工晶体。由于虹膜物理性损伤致使含色素细胞弥散而阻塞小梁网,这就激发了青光眼或使原青光眼加重。(一)病例报告:例1为男性,71岁,患
There have been reports of intraocular implantation of anterior chamber type, iris fixed, posterior chamber intraocular lens after the occurrence of pigment disseminated, some of which lead to glaucoma. The authors reported 2 cases of intraocular intraocular lens implantation pigment disseminated and lead to glaucoma in the angle tissue specimens. One of them was implanted iris clamp type IOL, the other was implanted posterior chamber intraocular lens. Due to iris physical damage caused by the pigment-containing cells dispersed and blocked the trabecular meshwork, which stimulated or aggravated the original glaucoma.
