随着我国成为世界第二大经济体,国家经济持续繁荣,与国际经济联系越来越密切,对政府规制提出了新的复杂要求。自然垄断行业作为我国国民经济的重要部分,对我国经济平稳安全发展起着重要作用。政府在其中扮演何种角色值得我们研究。从经济性规制不同方面来论述政府对石油行业所进行的管理,发现当前政府经济规制存在的一些问题,从而对政府更加合理有效的进行规制提出对策建议。 As China has become the second largest economy in the world, the national economy has continued to flourish and has become increasingly close to the international economy, putting forward new and complicated requirements on government regulation. Natural monopoly industries, as an important part of our national economy, play an important role in the steady and safe development of our economy. What role the government plays in it deserves our study. From different aspects of economic regulation, it discusses the government’s management over the oil industry, finds some problems existing in the economic regulation of the current government, and proposes some countermeasures for the government to regulate it more rationally and effectively.
