在耕地作业巡回检查期间,我们发现一台东方红—75拖拉机凸轮轴齿轮连续打齿两次,打齿一圈并占齿长的3/4。经检查,齿轮室盖上的凸轮轴止推调节螺钉已松脱丟失,后又换上一个较短的螺钉代替,起不到止推调整的作用。而发动机在工作中,为了防止凸轮轴的轴向窜动,东方红—75采用止推螺钉来调整轴向间隙,在凸轮轴前端止推销与齿轮室盖上止推螺钉之间留有一定的间隙(该间隙为0.25毫米)。在使用中如该间隙变大,则需进行调整:首先松开锁紧螺母,用起子将调整螺钉拧入顶住止推销,再退回1/3圈,即相当于凸轮轴轴向正常间隙(0.25毫米)。由于随便换
