在炼钢生产实践中,低合金钢和单元素高合金钢中的合金添加剂的加入量,一般可用简单的公式予以计算。但对于多元素高合金钢来说,情况较为复杂,计算方法也很多,如补加系数法,拉补计算法,正负调差法和补加法等。但这些方法步骤多,计算繁。我们从物料平衡方程出发,导出一个比例因子K,经过严格的数学推导,给出合金添加剂的统一计算公式。该公式表达简洁,物理意义明确,可同时应用于低合金钢和多元素高合金钢,在生产中,应用颇为方便,并可作为计算机中计算合金添加剂的数学模型。
In steelmaking practice, the addition of alloying additives in low-alloy steels and single-element high-alloy steels can generally be calculated using simple formulas. But for multi-element high-alloy steel, the situation is more complex, there are many calculation methods, such as additional coefficient method, pull compensation method, positive and negative transfer method and additional law. However, these methods and more steps to calculate complexity. Based on the material balance equation, we derive a scaling factor K, and through rigorous mathematical derivation, we give a uniform formula for the alloy additives. The formula has the advantages of conciseness and clear physical meaning, and can be applied to both low-alloy steel and multi-element high-alloy steel at the same time. In the production, the formula is quite convenient and can be used as a mathematical model for calculating alloy additives in computers.
