各省、自治区、直辖市建委（建设厅）,国务院有关部委及行业总会,总后营房部,中建总公司: 为鼓励广大勘察设计人员精心设计,努力提高建设工程勘察设计水平,创作出更多的质量优、水平高、效益好的优秀勘察设计项目,我部决定开展一九九八年度部级城乡建设优秀勘察设计评选活动。此次评选活动采取政府部门指导、相关协会具体组织的办法进行。现将有关事项通知如下。
