中小学班主任的工作具有育人工作的不可分割性和育人效果的迟效性等特征。当前,中小学班主任评价类型、评价主体、评价内容指标和评价方法方面存在一些问题,究其原因在于学校管理缺乏正确的评价理念,评价的实施过程不科学,对评价结果的分析与使用不当。构建中小学班主任绩效考评制度,应当注重班主任的个体差异,强调班主任在评价中的主体地位,多渠道为班主任提供反馈意见。
The work of class teacher in primary and secondary schools has such features as the indivisibility of educating people and the late validity of educating people. At present, there are some problems in the evaluation type, evaluation subject, evaluation content index and evaluation method of primary and secondary school teachers. The reason is that school management lacks the correct evaluation concept, the implementation process of evaluation is unscientific, and the analysis and use of evaluation results are not appropriate. The construction of primary and middle school teacher performance appraisal system, we should pay attention to the individual differences of the class teacher, emphasizing class teacher in the evaluation of the dominant position, multi-channel feedback for the class teacher.
