以往通过非接触式平衡梁及依靠摊铺碾压来控制水泥混凝土桥面沥青层铺装平整度的方法在面对大高差,多接头路段时由于施工工艺及仪器原因很难起到平整度控制的作用,从而造成车辆行驶的不舒适及后期养护费用增加。面对该施工难点,文章介绍了1种新型的可调节挂线器的构造及使用方法,并结合工程实例,通过利用小范围调整设计标高以及新型可调式挂线器面层摊铺应用这2种控制新方法进行平整度施工控制,取得较好的施工效果。
