糖尿病的内分泌紊乱、微血管病变及自主神经损害可能使糖尿病患者伴发的上消化道病变有其自身特点。本文对我院2008年10月~2010年1月66例糖尿病与非糖尿病患者行电子胃镜检查,旨在探讨两组患者内镜表现有无异同。现报告如下。
