目的准确掌握大学生体质健康状况、规律和水平,为政府有关部门制订相应政策和规划提供科学依据。方法华南师范大学成立体质健康监测站,对在校学生按城、乡、男、女4类,每岁1组,共20个组,每类每个年龄组110人的方法进行随机抽样,实际抽样总数为2 086人。结果华南师范大学1 910名学生的平均收缩压是119.16 mmHg,平均舒张压是74.94 mmHg,平均脉搏是83.82次/min,均在正常范围内。大学生平均身高男生为169.24 cm,女生为158.18 cm;大学生平均体质量男生为56.47 kg,女生为48.02 kg。华南师范大学正常体质量的学生占总检测人数的57.96%,有36.29%的学生体质量过低,3.88%的学生处于肥胖前期,1.78%的学生为Ⅰ度肥胖,0.11%的学生为Ⅱ度肥胖。女生体质量过低占总检测人数的22.36%,明显比体质量过低的男生比例(14.04%)高;处于肥胖前期和肥胖期的男女生比例差别不大。另外,大学生体质量城乡差别也不明显。结论本校学生部分出现体质量过低现象,应该教导学生加强饮食营养,争取保持正常体质量,以提高身体抵抗力;极少学生体质量超过正常值,应该教导这部分学生减少摄入量,增加运动量,以消耗多余的脂肪,防止心脑血管疾病等发生。另外,建议在广东高校应增加大学生出早操的制度,以确保整体提高大学生的身体素质。
Objective To accurately grasp the physical health conditions, laws and standards of college students and provide scientific basis for the relevant government departments to formulate corresponding policies and plans. Methods The South China Normal University set up a physical health monitoring station. Random sampling was conducted on the students in urban, rural, male and female 4 categories, one group per year, 20 groups and 110 persons in each age group. The actual The total number of samples was 2,086. Results The average systolic blood pressure of 11910 students in South China Normal University was 119.16 mmHg, the average diastolic blood pressure was 74.94 mmHg, and the mean pulse rate was 83.82 times / min, all within the normal range. The average height of college students is 169.24 cm for boys and 158.18 cm for girls. The average weight of college students is 56.47 kg for boys and 48.02 kg for girls. South China Normal University students accounted for 57.96% of the total number of students, 36.29% of the students had low body mass, 3.88% of the students were in the pre-obesity, 1.78% of the students were degree 1 obesity, 0.11% of the students were degree II obesity. The body mass of girls is too low, accounting for 22.36% of the total, which is obviously higher than the proportion of boys whose body mass is too low (14.04%). There is not much difference between boys and girls in pre-obesity and obesity. In addition, the difference between urban and rural students body mass is not obvious. Conclusions Some students in our school may experience low body weight. We should teach them to strengthen diet and nutrition so as to maintain their normal body weight so as to enhance their body resistance. Very few students whose body mass exceeds normal should be instructed to reduce their intake and increase Exercise, to consume excess fat, to prevent cardiovascular disease and so on. In addition, it is suggested that colleges and universities in Guangdong should increase college students out of the morning exercise system to ensure that the overall improvement of college students’ physical fitness.
