自从激光器发展以来,拉曼光谱测量技术取得了决定性的进展。似乎最有前途的发展是,用时间分辨光谱快速变化现象和显微样品的研究。本文试举例并附图表说明最新仪器的基本原理及其一些应用。
Since the development of the laser, the measurement of Raman spectroscopy has made a decisive progress. The most promising development seems to be the rapid change in phenomena and microscopic studies using time-resolved spectroscopy. This article gives an example and the attached chart shows the basic principle of the latest instruments and some of its applications.
