采用热模拟试验机Gleeble 3500对一种新型高锰耐磨钢进行热压缩,得到了流动应力曲线。基于流变曲线构建热加工图,并进行了金相分析。结果表明:在试验参数范围内,高温低速条件下的功率耗散因子值较大;在真实应变为0.6时,在变形温度T=1050~1200℃和应变速率ε觶=0.001~0.1s-1构成的区域内将发生完全动态再结晶,晶粒细小且均匀;在试验参数范围内热加工时,失稳区出现在低温高应变速率和高温高应变速率两个区域。
A new type of high manganese wear resistant steel was hot compressed by using Gleeble 3500, a thermal simulation tester. The flow stress curve was obtained. Based on the rheological curve, a hot working diagram was constructed and the metallographic analysis was carried out. The results show that under the condition of high temperature and low speed, the power dissipation factor is large under the condition of high temperature and low speed. When the true strain is 0.6, the deformation is at T = 1050-1200 ℃ and the strain rate ε 觯 = 0.001-0.1s-1 The complete dynamic recrystallization will occur in the region, and the grains will be fine and uniform. When thermal processing occurs in the experimental parameters, the zone of instability appears in two regions of high strain rate and high strain rate.
