应用齿轮滚刀的偏置构形原理 ,提出了齿轮滚刀齿侧面精密铲磨的一种新方法 ,并用算例验证了模型的可靠性 ,为制造高精度滚刀提供了可靠的理论依据 .该铲磨方法也可推广到其他类型的滚刀中 .
A new method of precision grinding of tooth surface of gear hob was proposed by using the principle of offset configuration of gear hob. The reliability of the model was validated by an example to provide a reliable theoretical basis for manufacturing high precision hob. The shovel method can also be extended to other types of hobs.
