随着我国职业教育规模的不断发展,90后学生已经成为高职院校的教育主体,其思想道德素质直接影响我国高等教育的质量。由政治素质、思想素质、道德素质,身心素质四个要素构成的思想道德素质,在实践德育过程中,呈现出特有的时代特殊性,因此在对90后高职学生的思想道德素质现状和性格特征,进行实证调查分析的基础上,总结思想道德素质存在的问题,并在四个层面作出原因分析,能够帮助德育工作者更好的进行思想道德素质培养方式方法的创新研究。
With the constant development of the scale of vocational education in our country, the post-90s students have become the main body of education in higher vocational colleges. Their ideological and moral qualities directly affect the quality of our higher education. The ideological and moral qualities composed of the four elements of political quality, ideological quality, moral quality and physical and mental qualities present unique peculiar characteristics of the times in the practice of moral education. Therefore, after analyzing the current situation and character of post-90s vocational and technical students’ ideological and moral qualities, Characteristics, conduct empirical investigation and analysis, summarize the existing problems of ideological and moral qualities, and analyze the causes at four levels, which can help moral educators better conduct innovative research on ways and means of cultivating their ideological and moral qualities.
