Our factory is a professional manufacturer of Dongfeng brand cars. Most of the parts needed for assembling automobiles are provided by the supporting factories. For a long period of time, our factory has been cautious about ordering parts and components. We have basically done our best to purchase goods and choose the best ones. Despite this, parts quality problems often occur during contract execution. In order to promote the supporting factory to improve product quality, our factory implemented a reward-punishment flexible contract for some products last year, and achieved significant results. The so-called reward-punishment type of flexible contract is based on consultation between the supply and demand sides.
