本文首先分析我国基本国情及其对住房消费模式的影响,通过分析中国特色住房消费模式含义,指出中国特色住房消费模式的特点以及存在问题,最后对构建中国特色住房消费模式提出对策建议。
This paper first analyzes the basic national conditions in China and its impact on housing consumption patterns. By analyzing the meaning of housing consumption patterns with Chinese characteristics, pointing out the characteristics and existing problems of housing consumption patterns with Chinese characteristics, and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on building housing consumption patterns with Chinese characteristics.
