某水下装置用双相不锈钢导叶体具有尺寸大、结构复杂、力学性能要求高等特点,在铸造过程中容易出现气孔、裂纹等缺陷,其铸造难度大。使用ProCAST铸造模拟软件进行工艺模拟,验证了工艺方案的正确性,获得了消除裂纹的落砂时间工艺参数。通过严格控制生产流程,导叶体铸件一次铸造成功,铸件内部质量及外形尺寸满足图样要求,无损检测结果均符合验收标准。
The double-phase stainless steel guide vane body for an underwater unit has the characteristics of large size, complex structure and high mechanical property requirements. In the casting process, defects such as pores and cracks are easy to occur and the casting is difficult. ProCAST casting simulation software was used to simulate the process, the correctness of the process scheme was verified, and the process parameters of falling-off time for crack elimination were obtained. Through strict control of the production process, the guide vane castings were successfully cast once, the internal quality and external dimensions of the castings met the design requirements, and the non-destructive test results met the acceptance criteria.
