根据近两年官方统计的大学生就业数字来看,外语专业人才的就业难度加大,就业形势严峻。这种严峻的形势要求各高等学校必须根据社会需求不断地调整人才培养目标、人才培养方案、改进教学方法和手段等等,以适应社会的发展。本文分析了一些高校英语专业人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,同时也对如何培养符合社会发展需要的外语专业应用型人才提出了建议。我们应该转变人才培养理念,制定有特色的外语专业应用型人才培养方案,培养符合社会需要的复合型的、应用型的外语专业人才。
According to the statistics of college graduates in the past two years, employment of foreign language professionals is more difficult and the employment situation is grim. This grim situation requires that colleges and universities must constantly adjust their personnel training objectives, personnel training programs, and improve teaching methods and tools to meet the needs of society. This article analyzes some main problems in the cultivation of college English majors and also puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate foreign majors who meet the needs of social development. We should change the concept of personnel training, formulate a program of training qualified foreign language professionals and cultivate compound and applied foreign language professionals who meet the needs of society.
