腐蚀常常影响炼油厂加氢装置的操作,如渣油加氢脱硫(HDS)、减压瓦斯油加氢脱硫以及加氢裂化装置的操作。在同时存在H2 S、NH3和H2O的加氢装置反应器流出线上,因生成硫化铵而引起腐蚀是一严重问题,尤其是在加工高含硫、合氮的原油时。 为了保证加氢反应器流出线的正常操作,在包括设计和操作方面采取全面措施是十分必要的。本文以工程的观点阐述选材和设计方面的见解。
Corrosion often affects refinery hydrogenation plant operations such as residual hydrodesulfurization (HDS), vacuum gas oil hydrodesulfurization, and hydrocracking operations. Corrosion is a serious problem caused by the formation of ammonium sulphide on the outflow line of a hydrogenation reactor where both H2S, NH3 and H2O are present, especially when processing high sulfur, nitrogen-containing crude oils. In order to ensure the normal operation of the hydrogenation reactor effluent line, it is necessary to take comprehensive measures including design and operation. This article describes the material and design insights from an engineering point of view.
