现今中职院校女生一般都没有对体育课学习表现出强烈的兴趣,而是习惯于放羊式的教学模式,将体育课等同于自由活动,这是非常不科学的想法,非但无助于其身体素质的提升,而且也会给体育课正学教学效果产生负面影响。对此,探讨怎样使中职女生乐于上体育课,并且将兴趣持续下去,是教师的一项重要追求。借助近些年的体育教学实践体会,本文探讨了中职女生体育课舞蹈融入可行性及其意义,并对具体的示范讲解方法加以简要说明。
Nowadays, girls in secondary vocational schools generally do not show any strong interest in physical education. Instead, they are accustomed to sheep-like teaching mode and equate physical education with free activities. This is a very unscientific idea which not only does not help them The improvement of physical quality, but also will have a negative impact on the teaching effect of physical education. In this regard, it is an important pursuit of teachers to explore how to make secondary vocational girls happy in physical education and to continue their interest. With the experience of physical education in recent years, this article explores the feasibility and significance of incorporating dance into PE class of secondary vocational school students, and gives a brief explanation of the specific demonstration methods.
