旅行社经营管理是旅游管理专业的一门专业课,从授课对象和教材角度看都有自己显著的特点。本文针对应用型本科院校旅游管理专业学生特点,对旅行社经营管理课程教学的内容设计和方法进行探讨。认为教学目标应定位合理,明确难度适宜的教学内容,合理分配介绍性知识和理论性知识的学时。并采取有效的教学方法,包括声像“导游”法、项目驱动法、案例教学法和作业教学法等,达到教学目标。
Travel agency management is a specialized course of tourism management, which has its own distinct characteristics from the perspectives of teaching objects and teaching materials. This article aims at the characteristics of tourism management students in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, and discusses the content design and method of the travel management business management course. That the teaching objectives should be reasonable, clear and appropriate teaching content, reasonable allocation of introductory knowledge and theoretical knowledge of the school hours. And to take effective teaching methods, including audio-visual “guide ” method, project-driven method, case teaching method and homework teaching method, to achieve the teaching objectives.
