本文讨论的是沃尔兹结构现实主义在国内政治研究上的缺失。作者认为现实主义作为无政府状态下最实用、最全面的解释性理论发展到沃尔兹结构现实主义理论后,之所以出现因果解释上的贫乏,主要因为该理论在国内政治研究上的缺失。作者在对国际关系理论对国内政治的一般处理给予介绍后,分别从理论与方法论的视角分析了沃尔兹结构现实主义理论出现如此缺憾的根本原因。并在此基础上,对如何处理单元层次与体系层次间的关系做了初步思考。
This article discusses the absence of Waltz’s structural realism in domestic political research. The author believes that the development of realism as the most practical and comprehensive interpretative theory in the anarchy to Waltz structural realism theory, the reason why there is a paucity of causal explanations, mainly because of the lack of domestic political research on the theory. After introducing the theory of international relations to the general treatment of domestic politics, the author analyzes the root causes of such shortcomings in the theory of Walter’s structural realism from the perspective of theory and methodology respectively. On the basis of this, a preliminary consideration is made on how to deal with the relationship between unit level and system level.
