《意见》明确提出了深化政务公开、加强政务服务的总体要求,并针对当前政务公开和政务服务工作存在的突出问题加以部署。致力于构建政务服务体系,理顺政务服务机制,解决政务服务特别是政务服务中心存在的问题,其中相当多的内容属于创新性规定。近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于深化政务公开加强政务服务的意见》(以下简称《意见》),要求进一步推进政务公开和政务服务,并就深化政务公开和加强政务服务两项工作作出专门部署,这对提升我国政务透明度和服务水平具有十分积极的意义。
The Opinions clearly set forth the general requirements for deepening the openness of government affairs and strengthening government services, and made arrangements for the outstanding problems in the current openness of government affairs and government service work. Committed to building a government service system, rationalize the government service mechanism to solve the problems of government services, especially government service centers, a considerable number of them are innovative provisions. Recently, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council printed and distributed the Opinions on Deepening Governmental Affairs and Enhancing Administrative Services Openly (hereinafter referred to as Opinions), calling for further promotion of openness in government affairs and government affairs. Work to make a special deployment, which enhance the transparency of our government and service levels has a very positive significance.
