本文报告45例49眼施行小梁切除后用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)治疗后的并发症。平均年龄49岁(14～84岁)。男性28例,女性21例。38眼单纯作小梁切除术,11眼作小梁切除联合白内障囊外摘出和后房型人工晶体植人术。术前平均眼压29mmHg,术后第1天开始球结膜下注射5-FU,每次5mg注入下穹窿结膜下,每日1次,连续7天,然后改为第9、11和13天隔日注射,总量为50mg。结果与对照组作比较。平均随访10个月,结果有90%患者于用或不用附加药物下眼压低于21mmHg,4眼需再次手术以控制眼压,1例患者需口服醋唑磺胺和局部用药,8眼只需局部用药。有24眼视力为
This article reports the complications of 49 patients treated with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) after trabeculectomy in 45 patients. The average age of 49 years (14 to 84 years old). 28 males and 21 females.
