本文通过15例外阴营养不良和2例正常外阴皮肤的超微结构对比观察,发现:(1)增生型病变上皮以亮细胞为主,底微突呈小波浪状,细胞间隙较正常略宽;(2)萎缩型病变上皮以暗细胞为主(2)萎缩型病变上皮以暗细胞为主,底策突呈典型的鸡爪状,细胞间隙较增生型宽;(3)混合型病变不同区域分别具有上述两型特点。说明:(1)该病是一种病因未明的炎症性疾患,并非癌前病变;(2)核结构的变化为Ag-Nok染色的定量提供了超微结构依据。
In this paper, 15 cases of vulvar dystrophy and 2 cases of normal vulva skin ultrastructure comparison found that: (1) hyperplastic lesions of epithelial cells with bright, small at the end of the small protrusions were small waves, the cell gap slightly wider than normal; (2) The atrophic lesion epithelium is mainly composed of dark cells. (2) The atrophic lesion epithelium is mainly composed of dark cells, and the best response is typical chicken claw. The interstitial space is wider than that of hyperplastic. (3) Respectively, with the above two types of features. Description: (1) The disease is an inflammatory disease of unknown etiology, not a precancerous lesion; (2) The change of nuclear structure provides an ultramicrostructure basis for quantification of Ag-Nok staining.
