在毛主席革命路线指引下,我队职工普及、深入、持久地开展批林批孔,高举“鞍纲宪法”的旗帜,深入开展“工业学大庆”的群众运动,坚持抓革命、促生产的方针,以马万水工程队为榜样,继1974年3月份以二十五个工作日创多头快速掘进1801.3米新成绩,提前五个月超额5.9%完成全年井巷施工计划后,在各级党委的领导和兄弟单位的支援下,1974年9月份再次组织快速掘进,创平巷独头月进903.9米新记录,跨进了全国矿山井巷建设先进行列。平均日进尺29.16米,最高日进尺39.98米,平均小班进尺7.29米,最高班进尺12.7米,经验收工程质量完全符合国家标准,优良率达90%,实际成本比预算降低24.2%。为加速矿山建设,支援农业作出了新贡献。
