目的:观察半枝莲对小鼠肝癌淋巴道转移的影响。方法:在小鼠右下肢爪垫内侧皮下注射接种腹水型肝癌H22瘤株,复制淋巴道转移模型,观察小鼠实体瘤抑瘤率、肺部转移率、淋巴结转移情况等得指标变化。结果:半枝莲作用组的小鼠,肺部转移结节数较造模组明显减少,抑瘤率有较明显的增加,且淋巴结转移数有明显的减少。结论:半枝莲对H22肝癌淋巴道转移有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Scutellaria Barbata on lymph node metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma in mice. Methods: H22 tumor cells were inoculated subcutaneously in the right paw of the right lower extremity in mice and the lymphatic metastasis model was duplicated. The inhibition rates of solid tumor in mice, lung metastasis and lymph node metastasis were observed. Results: Scutellaria barbata group mice, the number of lung metastasis nodules than the model group was significantly reduced, the inhibition rate was significantly increased, and the number of lymph node metastases were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Scutellaria barbata has some inhibitory effect on H22 hepatocarcinoma lymphatic metastasis.
