本文采用离体豚鼠肺动脉条标本,观察到,氢化考的松1.5×10~(-5)M、3.0×10~(-5)M可直接收缩肺动脉血管平滑肌(P<0.01);50%乙醇同容量对照0.1ml对离体豚鼠肺动脉条无明显影响(P>0.05),但是0.2ml也可直接收缩肺动脉条(P<0.05)。作者还观察到,氢化考的松1.5×10~(-5)M、3.0×10~(-5)M可以明显增强肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素收缩肺动脉平滑肌的作用,使肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素累积浓度量效曲线明显平行左移;50%乙醇同容量对照0.1、0.2ml对肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素累积浓度量效曲线无明显影响,不增强其收缩肺动脉平滑肌的作用。
In this study, pulmonary artery strips from guinea pigs were isolated and observed. Hydrocortisone 1.5 × 10 ~ (-5) M and 3.0 × 10 ~ (-5) M directly contracted pulmonary artery smooth muscle (P <0.01) The same volume of control 0.1ml on isolated pulmonary artery strips in guinea pigs had no significant effect (P> 0.05), but 0.2ml also directly contracted pulmonary artery strips (P <0.05).
