研究履带车辆动力传动装置摇架式隔振系统的隔振特性.应用动力学相似理论设计制作了摇架式隔振系统的试验模型并进行了理论分析和试验.试验表明,摇架式单层隔振系统的传递率下降斜率为12dB/oct,双层隔振系统的传递率下降斜率为24dB/oct.试验结果与理论分析一致.摇架式隔振系统具有良好的隔振效果,而双层隔振系统的隔振效果更有效.
Research on Vibration Isolation Characteristics of Cradle Vibration Isolation System of Tracked Vehicle Power Transmission. The test model of the cradle vibration isolation system is designed and manufactured based on the theory of dynamic similarity and the theoretical analysis and experiment are carried out. The experimental results show that the descending slope of the transmission rate of the single-story vibration isolation system is 12dB / oct, and that of the double-layer vibration isolation system is 24dB / oct. The test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. Cradle-type vibration isolation system has a good vibration isolation effect, and double vibration isolation system more effective vibration isolation.
