Deng Xiaoping’s constitutionalism theory covers the theories of democracy, governing the country according to law, limited government and safeguarding human rights. It not only plays a role of going forward to the outside world in the construction of socialist constitutionalism, but also plays an extremely important enlightenment role for all undertakings at present. The enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping’s constitutionalism thinking on the management of college students mainly lies in that the management of college students should carry out the management of democracy, management by law and management of rights protection.
