运用盆栽试验方法,研究了不同光照条件下,莴笋生长期间三种紫色土中氮素含量的变化,结果表明:三种土壤中氮素含量的变化因处理光照的强弱而有所不同,光照增强时,土壤中NH4+-N含量下降速度较快,光照较弱时则下降速度相对较慢;NO3--N含量的变化亦因光照强度的不同而有差异,但其同时也决定于土壤中NH4+-N的含量;三种紫色土相互比较,NH4+-N和NO3--N含量的变幅受光照强度影响的大小与土壤本身的肥力状况有关,其中肥力较低的石骨子土所受的影响相对较小,沙土所受的影响则稍大,肥力较高的大眼泥土所受的影响则最大;土壤中碱解氮含量的变化亦在一定程度上受土壤本身肥力状况的影响。
