本文以节能为主题,就轻纺涤纶短丝项目设计采用AC660V电压配电的可行性进行探讨。通过对国家标准和国际标准规定的分析理解;对低压电动机、电加热设备及维修电源供电可能性的分析;提供低压电器、低压配电装置、电线、控制电缆、电力电缆的市场环境的分析;对变频拖动系统影响的分析及照明工程适应AC660V电压等级配电需采取的措施,得出涤纶短丝工厂采用~660V配电电压等级技术上是可性的结论,供同行参考。
In this paper, the theme of energy saving, textile polyester staple project design using AC660V voltage distribution feasibility study. Through the analysis and compilation of national standards and international standards; Analysis of the possibility of supplying low-voltage motors, electric heating equipment and maintenance power supplies; Providing analysis of the market environment of low-voltage electrical appliances, low voltage distribution equipment, cables, control cables and power cables; Analysis of the influence of variable frequency drive system and the measures to be taken to adapt the lighting project to AC660V voltage distribution. It is concluded that the technical level of 660V distribution voltage is practicable for polyester staple plant for peer reference.
