目前,国家经贸委作出对工业污染源排放情况进行调查的决定,并就有关问题通知如下:一、各有关单位要高度重视此项工作,充分认识到调查工作的重要性,精心组织,确保调查数据及有关情况准确、有效。二、国务院有关部门、委管国家局和国家公司负责本行业及所属企业的调查工作(调查的企业数不少于50%)。三、各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市及新疆生产建设兵团经贸委(经委、计经委)负责所辖区内的县及县以上工业企业的调查,调查的企业不少
