目的:探讨在输尿管结石诊断中应用口服速尿的效果。方法:对疑输尿管结石而充盈膀胱后检查不满意者,口服速尿片4mg,饮水500～1000ml,待膀胱充盈后检查。结果:390例患者,除39例外,均能清晰显示结石的部位,超声诊断符合率为92.05%。结论:口服速尿对输尿管结石诊断具有一定的临床实用价值。
Objective: To investigate the effect of oral furosemide in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Methods: Urine stones and bladder filling after filling those who are not satisfied with the test, oral fasting diapers 4mg, 500 ~ 1000ml of drinking water until the bladder filling check. Results: 390 patients, with the exception of 39 cases, can clearly show the location of the stones. The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 92.05%. Conclusion: Oral furosemide has certain clinical value in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi.
