无创动态血压监测(ABPM)技术的推广应用,为临床研究开拓了新的领域.我们对歼击机飞行学员和教员各20例在同一飞行过程中的血压变化情况进行动态监测,并从航空医学角度加以讨论.1.对象与方法:以20例歼击机飞行学员为观察组,年龄22~25岁(23±1.5岁),飞行总时数110~130小时(120±8.5小时),另设20例歼击机飞行教员为对照组,年龄28~35岁(29±4.8岁),飞行总时数700~1200小时(950±180小时),两组均无高血压史,平时查体偶测血压值均低于18.7/12.0kPa(140/90mmHg),监测前48小时无饮酒和服药史,两组于同一机场同一飞行科目时进行ABPM,飞行高度0~8000米,ABPM采用无创携带式血压监测仪,每间隔2分钟测压一次,监测时间60分钟,包括(1)飞行前(10分钟);(2)飞行准备阶段(6分钟);(3)起飞阶段(6分钟);(4)空域飞行(22分钟);(5)着陆阶段(6分钟);(6)飞行后(10分钟),其间共测30次,如有效测量读数<23次则退出本实验,40例均进入统计,血压变化用自身配对t检验.

(2) flight preparation phase (6 minutes); (3) takeoff phase (6 minutes); (4) airspace flight (6 minutes); 22 minutes); (5) landing phase (6 minutes); (6) after the flight (10 minutes), during which a total of 30 times, if the effective measurement of reading <23 times In this experiment, 40 were involved in the statistics, change in blood pressure with their paired t test.
