地铁隧道断面变形检测是隧道健康监测的重要内容,对保证隧道结构安全极为重要。本文针对隧道断面变形检测设备采集数据的处理及计算方法进行研究。根据隧道断面变形机理,建立隧道检测模型为带转角的椭圆;针对隧道表面干扰物对拟合椭圆的影响提出通过数据粗处理和精处理来剔除异常点,并设计了数据处理流程和具体计算方法;在上海地铁隧道内进行了实验。结果表明隧道断面变形确有椭圆化的趋势,采用带转角的椭圆模型来评定地铁隧道断面变形是正确可行的。
Metro tunnel section deformation detection is an important part of tunnel health monitoring, which is very important to ensure the safety of tunnel structure. The results show that the deformation of the tunnel section does have the tendency of ovalization. It is correct and feasible to use the ellipse model with corner to evaluate the deformation of the subway tunnel section.
