本文以铁路网络形态理论及委托-代理理论为指导,运用企业能力与比较优势理论对合资铁路运营管理模式进行了比较分析,认为委托运营模式是合资铁路在现行中国国情、路情约束条件下的现实选择。
Under the guidance of railway network morphology theory and principal-agent theory, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the operation and management modes of joint-venture railways based on the theory of firm competence and comparative advantage. It considers that the mode of entrusted operation is that the joint-venture railways are under the current condition of China’s national conditions and road conditions Realistic choice.
