The implementation of closed-door management is an important measure for strengthening the discipline construction of the military’s work style in the new era. All units in the armed forces must earnestly implement it. However, at present, people and armed cadres generally believe that closed management is mainly directed at field units, and that the armed forces department may refrain from engaging in such activities.
