以HG6 0 0MW切向燃烧锅炉为原型 ,在 1 :2 5的模型上对其在原设计工况下以及燃烧器采用反切技术时水平烟道内流场进行了冷态试验研究。研究表明 ,炉膛出口残余旋转是造成水平烟道内速度偏差的根本原因 ,烟气走廊的存在更加剧了这种偏差。采用适当的反切技术能有效地改善水平烟道内的速度分布。
Taking the HG6000 tangential fired boiler as a prototype, the flow field in the horizontal flue was simulated experimentally in a 1:25 model under the original design conditions and when the combustor adopted the anti-cutting technique. The research shows that the residual rotation of the furnace outlet is the root cause of the speed deviation in the horizontal flue. The existence of flue gas corridor exacerbates this deviation. Using appropriate back-cutting technique can effectively improve the velocity distribution in horizontal flue.
