目的 :探讨原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤中bcl 2蛋白的表达情况及bcl 2蛋白阳性表达与CD5 6表达的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组织化学S P方法对 2 1例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤组织中bcl 2蛋白和CD5 6进行检测。结果 :2 1例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤中 17例bcl 2蛋白表达阳性 (81 0 % ) ,阳性瘤细胞多呈弥漫分布 ,以中心细胞样细胞表达为主。 2 1例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤中仅有 3例CD5 6阳性 ,阳性瘤细胞呈小灶性或散在分布 ,阳性表达细胞均为中心母细胞。结论 :原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤中bcl 2蛋白有较高的表达率 ,提示由bcl 2基因产物介导的细胞凋亡障碍与中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的发生有关 ;而原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤亦有CD5 6的表达 ,其可能与肿瘤侵袭性有
Objective: To investigate the expression of bcl 2 protein and the correlation between bcl 2 protein expression and CD56 expression in primary central nervous system lymphoma. Methods: The bcl-2 protein and CD5 6 in 21 cases of primary central nervous system lymphoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: In 21 cases of primary central nervous system lymphoma, 17 cases had positive expression of bcl-2 protein (81 0%). Most of the positive tumor cells were diffusely distributed, and mainly expressed in centrocyte-like cells. There were only 3 cases of CD56 positive in 11 cases of primary central nervous system lymphoma. The positive tumor cells showed focal or scattered distribution. The positive cells were all centroblasts. Conclusion: The high expression rate of bcl 2 protein in primary CNS lymphoma suggests that the disorder of apoptosis induced by bcl 2 gene product is related to the occurrence of central nervous system lymphoma.
